How long does shipping take?
Since every item is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production, followed by 7–15 business days for international shipping depending on your location.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and select international destinations, with more markets added regularly.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
Depending on your country, customs duties may apply on delivery. These are set by your local government and are not included in your order total.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return an item?
Because each item is made specifically for you when you order it, we're unable to accept returns for reasons of size or preference. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Since items are made to order, we recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering. If you received the wrong size due to an error on our end, reach out and we'll resolve it.
SIZING
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size chart with measurements. We recommend measuring a similar item you already own and comparing it to the chart before ordering.
Do your products run true to size?
Most of our T-shirts and hoodies have a relaxed, slightly oversized fit by design. Check the individual product description for fit notes.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Since production begins shortly after your order is placed, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within a few hours of purchase. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
